Renting with a pet can have its challenges no matter where you live, but finding the right community can be incredibly rewarding. Redstone Ranch Apartments knows your four-footed companions are happiest right by your side and that’s why we allow up to two pets per household.
Redstone Ranch has plenty of outdoor space including private patios or balconies. Our community is also purr-fectly located nearby downtown Denver which offers plenty of recreational parks and easy walking and running trails. See for yourself!
Here at Redstone Ranch, our community loves pets, nonetheless we ask that our furry friends are kept on a leash at all times when in the public areas. We take pride in our property and are delighted to know our residents clean up after their pets. We encourage all pet owners to carry a supply of bags and use the provided stations to dispose of waste.

We are a pet-friendly community. All pets must be accompanied on leashes when walking around property grounds. Guests and residents are responsible for immediately and responsibly cleaning up after their animals.

$300 Fully-Refundable Pet Deposit
$35/month Pet Rent per Apartment Home
Breed Restrictions apply, and include: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier (American or English), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, Mastiff (Bull or Cane Corsos), Malamute, Husky, Presa Canario, American Bull Dog, Great Dane, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any hybrids, combinations, or mixes of the above.
